Spicy Chilli Chimichurri Prawns
– 200g king prawns
– 50g rocket
– Chilli Chimi Sauce & Marinade
– Rice or couscous to serve
– Salt & pepper
Put the prawns in a mixing bowl with 30g of Cantina Chilli Chimi Sauce & Marinade and season to taste. Leave to marinade for 30 minutes (or longer if you can) in the fridge.
Fry the prawns using a frying pan or griddle plan on a low heat for 2-4 minutes ensuring the prawns have cooked through. Add the rocket for the final 30-60 seconds.
Serve up with rice, couscous or any other grains that tickle your tastebuds. Add another dollop of Chilli Chimi and you’re good to go!
The same recipe can be made with Original Chimichurri if you don’t like spice.
